The Ultra Beast should not be taken likely. Many have underestimated this distance and suffered a DNF or had their body beat down in the process. Training for an Ultra involves becoming an efficient runner, mastering obstacles, developing a strong mind, and having a solid nutrition plan to support the effort.
Going in by just winging it, is never a great idea. I have helped many take on and conquer the Ultra Beast and have put together an incredible program to help you every step of the way.
This is a 4 month training plan that will include a progressive running plan based on training zones, strength program, tactical training, mental training, and a nutrition plan. By focusing on all of these factors you will dramatically increase your success in this race.
Whether your goal is to cross the finish line or end up on the podium, this plan will take you where you need to go. It is time to take the guess work out of your training and following a system that will get you your next belt buckle.
