This program was designed with one goal in mind: to help you train smarter, not just harder, so you can show up to race day prepared, confident, and ready to perform at your absolute best.

What This Program Covers

Inside, you’ll learn how to apply advanced training strategies that go beyond standard workouts and generic plans.
We’ll cover three key pillars of race preparation:

1. Tactical Workouts

These are weekly workouts designed to target specific skills or weaknesses you’ll encounter on the course or in a hybrid competition. They’re short, intense, and laser-focused so you can consistently improve without overtraining.

2. Simulation Workouts

These are your “race rehearsals.” We’ll show you how to mimic race-day distances, obstacles/zones, and pacing so you’re not just fit — you’re course-ready. You’ll know exactly what to expect and how your body will respond.

3. Fueling & Recovery Strategies

Training is only part of the equation. You’ll also learn how to:

Fuel before and during long events for sustained energy and minimal stomach distress
Schedule your workouts to balance running, strength, and tactical/simulation days
Recover after big sessions so you can taper into race day feeling fresh

Quality beats quantity: Every workout here has a purpose — don’t just train hard, train with intent.
Know your zones: Understanding effort levels will help you push when you need to and recover when you should.
Test your race-day plan: Use simulation workouts to practice everything — from fueling to pacing to obstacle technique.
