Mike Deibler

Mike has been racing competitively in OCR since 2015.  Over that time he has developed a system for helping individuals prepare themselves to face any obstacle and improve their running efficiency.  He has helped hundreds of individuals cross the finish line and assisted many to step on the podium.  

Mike is an owner of a personal training facility in San Diego, CA where he works with clients hands-on to develop their skills.  He is also the podcast host of the OCR Underground Show.  On top of all of this he is an educator and teaches other fitness professionals to master their craft as the Director of Education for Exercise Etc. and as a presenter with Functional Movement Systems.  

Mike is also the author of Fuel & Fire a complete training and nutrition system specifically designed for OCR athletes.
